We ship from Orangeville, Ontario. Here's what to expect.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Orangeville, Ontario via Canada Post. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom engraved orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production after proof approval.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Custom Engraved Orders

Engraved orders follow a proof approval process before production begins. After placing your order, we'll send you a digital proof of your engraving within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the proof, engraving and shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Timeline for engraved orders:

  1. 1 Order placed — proof created within 1–2 business days
  2. 2 You approve the proof via email
  3. 3 Engraving and quality check — 2–3 business days
  4. 4 Shipped with tracking — standard delivery times apply

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Barrel Buddy. If you're not, here's our return policy:

Standard boards: 30-day returns accepted for unused boards in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Engraved boards: Custom engraved boards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an engraving error. We'll make it right.

Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
